Holly Madison needs no introduction. A beautiful blonde with a heart-shaped face and perfect figure, she’s a model, Vegas showgirl and television personality, and most famously, one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends, as seen on the E! reality TV series The Girls Next Door. Born in Astoria, Oregon, Holly studied theater at Portland State University for two years before she put in for a transfer to Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles. To pay her tuition, she started modeling and working at Hooters, where she caught the eye of Playboy reps. Hef invited her to the Mansion – and a year later, he invited her to move in and become his long-term girlfriend.

Miss Madison starred on The Girls Next Door for five years, working as a photo editor for Playboy Magazine for two seasons of the show, with a focus on Playmate pictorials and Centerfolds. She was published in five consecutive issues of Special Editions, posed for four covers of Playboy magazine and pictorials with co-girlfriends Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson. By the time the show ended in 2009, Holly was a big celebrity – she starred in her own reality series, Holly’s World, and she was a contestant on the eighth season of Dancing With the Stars. She’s been a guest on Larry King Live, The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson, The Today Show, Chelsea Lately and Last Call with Carson Daly, took turns on Curb Your Enthusiasm, Entourage and CSI: Las Vegas, and had roles in Scary Movie 3 and The House Bunny.

Her seven-year relationship with Hefner ended in 2008, but by rights, Holly is her own celebrity, and she remains an integral member of the Playboy family. She lives and works in Las Vegas, Nevada, and she shares her home with her husband Pasquale and pets – three dogs, Louis, Josephine and Napoleon, and two ferrets, Sid and Nancy – and her new daughter, Rainbow. She’s just retired from her post at Peepshow for Planet Hollywood, but she now owns and operates a bar, 1923 Bourbon & Burlesque, at the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino. (For potential patrons, the speakeasy-themed bar offers bourbon, cigars and live burlesque every Friday and Saturday.) Holly is happier than she’s ever been, and she’s looking forward to her future with a wink and a nod to an equally-rosy past with Playboy.
