Eryn Ashwyn would love if her peers would quit assuming that the color of hair depicts her level of intelligence. “I’m not a dumb blonde,” says the finance major from the University of Central Florida. “I actually am very really intelligent. I graduated 46 out of 642 students in college which is really good. I’m very proud that I’m a smart blonde and not a dumb blonde.” However, the voluptuous beauty from Orlando isn’t a complete bookworm who practically lives at UCF’s library—she loves to get her hands dirty whenever she can. “I'm a really good fisherwoman, which probably surprises a lot of people because I'm a total girly-girl,” says our blue-eyed Coed of the Week for January 17, 2008. “I can filet a fish in under a minute!” Just when you thought Eryn couldn’t impress you any further, she finds a way.
