Meet Amber Nicole from Statesville, North Carolina. “Right now, I’m a fulltime nanny and I’m a fulltime student,” says the petite coed who’s majoring in psychology and criminal justice. “I want to become a clinical psychologist.” The University of North Carolina student is as ambitious as they come—and like any goal-oriented woman, she has a backup a plan in case her psychology career doesn’t pan out. Luckily for us, the blue-eyed brunette’s plan B is to become a cop—which to us means a uniform and handcuffs. “Nothing is sexier than a woman who can cuff you!” says busty Amber. We couldn’t agree more, but we must say we’d prefer to see our Coed of the Week for March 19, 2009 in the kitchen, given her saucy cooking attire. “I really like to cook in my underwear. No granny panties in this girl’s wardrobe. Only thongs,” says Amber with a wink. Is it us or is it getting hot in here?
