Meet Linsey Miller, our Employee of the Month and our Coed of the Week for February 10, 2005. “I'm a waitress at Applebee’s. It's great because I can work around my school schedule,” says the all-natural platinum blonde. “I have my associate degree in interior design, and now I'm studying marketing.” The creative student from Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts in York, PA is a fashionista who knows what shows off her slim figure, but who would know that, judging by her waitressing uniform. “It's not so flattering,” agrees Miss Miller as she rolls her deep-blue eyes. “I wear my own pants, which are a little tight, to accentuate my butt. I've been hit on when I'm in my uniform—it's like, ‘Hell, I can get a guy when I'm wearing an Applebee's uniform. That must be a good sign.’” Linsey could attract a man wearing a potato sack, but she prefers to simply whisper into the ears of Playboy fans, telling them exactly what she’s wearing underneath her uniform. “I always a thong. Always,” smiles Linsey. Applebee’s just got very interesting.
