She had complete command of men,” says Jessica St. George who has complete control over men everywhere with her perfect, all-natural figure. “I love being a Playmate because what girl wouldn’t!” Watching her father’s Greek flag flap in the wind after a traditional Sunday lunch that included a spinach and feta cheese pastry called spanakopita and moussaka—a layered Greek dish made with eggplant, ground meat, potatoes and kefalograviera cheese, Jessica takes a moment to digest while listening to the music of George Chakiris before dessert. “This is the perfect time to have a little Metaxa,” she says as she pours herself a glass of the Greek brandy before loukoumades, traditional Greek donuts covered in honey and walnuts, are served. “As soon as I was old enough to tell my right foot from my left, my father began teaching me Greek folk dances. By the time I reached eighth grade, I already had a number of years of ballet and tap lessons behind me. I've never had any doubts that it would be a dancer's life for me.” Practicing yoga to keep her body limber, the busty beauty with the long, black hair eats, breathes, and lives to dance and soon enough, everyone will know about the dancing Grecian goddess from Los Angeles, CA. “I want to be a serious dancer and actress like Rita Hayworth,” says the brown-eyed ballet and modern dancer. “Some days I put in so many hours at the practice bar that I come home with what my dad calls ‘ballerina hangover.’ My father's house rules are no entrechats or grands jétes after 10pm.” Move to the music with Playmate Jessica St. George, right here on Playboy.
