Melinda Mayss body has everyone at the Atlanta health club she works very jealous and with good reason. Melindas petite and all-natural figure is amazingly toned, thanks to her work as an aerobics instructor. That doesnt mean her job has been a cakewalkMelinda admits her career choice has taken a toll on her body and her social life. I had no idea how hard it would be. I teach three 45-minute classes in a row, with 15-minute breaks in between, says the Georgian blonde. Often, when I go home at the end of the day, I'm just too exhausted to do anything. During her Playmate photoshoot, Melinda wanted to show our Playboy crew just how tough her classand her tough teaching skillsreally are by treating us a private lesson. When we were doing the shooting, I got several guys who work at the club to join the class, and after ten minutes, they were huffing and puffing, laughs the strict aerobics instructor. I really make my students work. Miss Mays is very glad she stuck with teaching aerobics even though it was quite difficult at first. Shes also amazed by the results shes had from teaching aerobics, especially since she has some questionable eating habits for a health club employee. Ice cream is one of my weaknesses. I'd say I go to Baskin-Robbins for ice cream at least four nights a week, blushes our Playmate of the Month who has gained five pounds since she temporarily suspended her classes while she promotes becoming our Miss February 1983. One guy did just offer me ice-cream. One day, I was shopping for clothes, and a guy just came up to me and asked me if I'd like to go get an ice-cream cone. I couldn't believe it. I would have loved to go have one, but if there's one thing I love more than ice cream, it's shopping. Men werent always on Melindas radarin fact, she couldnt have been bothered until late into her high school years. I suddenly got distracted by other things. Like guys. I hated boys when I was in grammar school. Once a boy kissed me and I got so mad I cried, says a very serious Melinda. Thankfully, our Miss February 1983 has since come around to the idea of a man kissing her, but he needs to share the same interests as our Playmate. I like athletic men, admits Melinda. Probably, my ideal romantic evening would start out with me and the guy exercising together at the club. We foresee many Playboy fans taking up aerobics now.
