Miki Hamano

Playmate, Miki Hamano is proudly herself. A confident free-spirit, our Miss March 2019 was born in Sapporo, Japan, and currently lives in Los Angeles. I came to the United States as an exchange student when I was 19-years -old, she tells us. After getting her degree in business, Miki thought she would try out modeling, and has been doing it full time ever since. It was really difficult because I didnt speak any English but at the same time, it was an adventure, so I loved it, she says. It was in these experiences where the beautiful, Miki really came into her own. I learned so many life lessons. I used to be hard on myself. All the girls in L.A. are so gorgeous, I thought I had to be like them, she recalls. Now, I know theres freedom in being in your natural state! Being comfortable in my own skin means Im loving myself and embracing who I am, she adds thoughtfully. The independent model now calls California her forever home and is absolutely loving it. Modeling is my favorite thing to do, she gushes. But I also love traveling and meeting new people around the world! When shes not traveling, the down to earth model is probably dabbling in new art forms or chowing down on some of her favorite foods. I appreciate art. Im not a very good painter or sculptor, but Ive done everything, she laughs. Lately Ive been eating raw, but I love Japanese and Mexican food!
