Cool, calm and down-to-earth, Clara McGregor might just become your new celebrity crush. Of course, the LA native is most known for being the daughter of Ewan, but Clara is making a name for herself in the industry all on her own. A filmmaker, actress, and model, Clara is passionate about what she does. After graduating from New York University, she’s had more time to really sharpen her craft. “While I was in college I was doing modeling. But now I have the time to primarily focus on acting,” she explains. “They go hand-in-hand. I have an acting coach and I’m taking classes. I have a lot of really creative friends in music and film. What’s awesome about being in New York is you’re surrounded by so many creative people.” When it comes to dream roles, Clara would love to play some of the greats. “Honestly, I would love to play someone like Patti Smith,” she says. “Lee Miller, who was one of the first female war photographers, is another. There are so many untold stories.” When it comes to feeling sexy, Clara is all about being herself. “I honestly feel sexiest when I’m in my favorite pair of mom jeans.
