“I’ve dreamed of being in Playboy since I was really young, even though I didn’t quite understand what it was,” laughs Gianna Dior. “Working for Playboy is a dream come true. I’m incredibly thankful for this opportunity.” Needing no introduction, we’re excited to be collaborating with award-winning adult industry star, Gianna Dior. Originally from Auburn, Alabama, Gianna currently lives in Los Angeles, California, where she performs, models, and creates exclusive online photos and videos for her massive online following. “I’m an extroverted introvert,” says Gianna of herself. “I’m super shy when I first meet someone but then they can’t shut me up once I get comfortable with them.” At 24 years old, Gianna is fairly new to the industry and entered porn almost by accident. “I didn’t mean to get into the business,” laughs Gianna. “I was a college student working two jobs. An agent from Miami messaged me and said, ‘do you want to come to Miami and just try a scene,’ and I had nothing to lose. I went and I kind of just never went home.” In fact, Gianna mentions this life change as one of the most daring things she’s ever done. “One of the most adventurous things I’ve ever done is drive by myself from Miami to Los Angeles to start my adult film career,” she says of her solo trip. “I love [my work] and I’m going to do it until the wheels fall off.” We first worked with Gianna back in 2019, when the photographer, Jay Allen shot her. “How do I feel about posing nude? Empowered and confident,” she says. For Gianna, being naked on camera is a freeing feeling. “It just feels liberating — like I can’t be slut-shamed here, and I can just be myself and not be afraid of people judging me.” With a thriving career, Gianna stays in touch with her fans through Twitter, Reddit, and Instagram, where she posts her latest endeavors and can hear from her followers directly. “I’m always on Twitter,” says Gianna.
