“I would say my passion is performing,” shares model and burlesque performer Toby Taylor. Toby is new to Playboy Plus and originally from Virginia. “I’m from a small town in rural Virginia,” she shares. “I am so thankful to have grown up in such a wonderful community, but I never quite fit in and was ready to move on as soon as I graduated high school.” Though Toby comes from a small town, she was constantly exposed to the arts, and that’s how she fell in love with performing. “I grew up surrounded by artists and musicians, so my interests are pretty eclectic,” shares Toby. “I’m heavily inspired by classic Hollywood films and starlets. Because of this, glamour has been essential to my life.” Nowadays, Toby is based in Los Angeles, California, where her career is flourishing. “I always feel most at home on stage,” says Toby of her work. “There’s nothing I love more than crafting a new burlesque act and watching it come to life.
